So here is a picture of what mine looks like. I do believe that Lauren made hers as a gift basket, but I needed something to hold a six pack of greeting cards that I made for the Craft Show that I will be at. Check out Laurens Blooming Basket post and find full instructions on how to create this perfect little basket/purse/box/bag ... whatever you want to call it!
This is actually the original I made and then the more I looked at it I thought ... hum ... it's missing something, I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. So, I thought, it needs a flower!!!
I made a flower combining three different sizes of the same flower punch and then added a bauble in the center. I do feel it just dresses it up a bit. So the display shows that I made 2 each of the same for a total of 6 cards and matching envelopes.
This set is very simple and somewhat plain, but I need to come up with product that does not take much time to produce and still has some appeal to it. Just out of curiosity, would any of you actually consider purchasing something like this if it were presented at a Craft Show? This is my first time doing anything like this so feedback would surely be welcomed ... honest constructive criticism!
I've been pretty busy getting things done, so you will probably notice a more steady stream of posts. I would really like to share with you the stuff I'm making along the way, so if you're interested come back soon!
Until Then ... take care and happy stamping!
